Whilst our old site has served us well these last 3 years it's been very frustrating that we've not been able to update it ourselves. This new site promises to be very different though and we'll update with How Too's, News, Video, Photo's, Team Riders info and events as soon as we can!
For those of you new to the site, Hangtime Kitesports is a real shop here in the sunny North West home of Fleetwood's kite community. We are a bricks & mortar independant Specialist Kite Shop & School where you can learn to Buggy, KIte Surf, Landboard, Powerkite and Trick Kite. We pride ourselves on our friendly, knowledgable service and are avid fans of kite surfing, kite boarding, kite buggying. we fly everything we stock to ensure that you get the best possible kite experience and cater for the very young with our ranges of single line & fun kites right through to the most extreme kitesurf, landboard & kite buggy addicts. We often attend local kite festivals and kite competitions and have extensive experience of organising kite events.
The shop is owned and operated by Alex & Anna and we've been involved in Outdoor Education for 16 years and our background is coaching, specifically Kayak & Open Canoe although we've taught climbing, archery, Mountain Bikes, Sailing, Windsurfing etc...
Our shop is right on the beach and offers one of the North West's best Kite Surfing and Powerkiting Venue's not to mention a great spot for an epic Landboard or Kite Buggy trip.
