Stuart is a holder of the Summer and Winter Mountain Leader Awards, Mountaineering Instructors Award, British Orienteering Coach Level 3 (Trainee level 4), British Canoe Union Coach Level 2 Open and Kayak. All tutor/instructors employed are full time professionals, suitably experienced and highly qualified (Teaching - Primary, Secondary - Special Needs and Youth Work qualifications) in both the soft skills of group dynamics and the hard skills (Mountain Leader Training Board, British Canoe Union, British Orienteering, National Caving Association, etc. qualifications) of the particular activity along with their caring and friendly attitude. Tutors have worked with individuals and groups of all ages from 5 to 85+, Senior Managers, Families, Schools, Charities, Adult (Stag & Hen) Groups, Disadvantaged Young People, Young Offenders, Young People with Challenging Behaviour, Voluntary Youth Organisations, Colleges, Special Needs Organisations. During this time, staff have developed a great understanding of the benefits of personal and social development training using the outdoor environment. This is the essential ingredient to gain satisfaction and value in outdoor adventure education programs.
