Problem solving / Team building Exercises

This series of practical problem solving exercises using barrels and planks. Promote the key skills of communication trust leadership co-operation confidence planning organisation skills listening supporting others sharing idea's and experiences. At the end of each exercise a review of the groups performance takes place. This review is then used by the team to consolidate its team spirit.
