Problem Solving / Team Building Exercises.

This series of practical problem solving exercises uses ropes, barrels and planks together with the natural features of the landscape to promote the key skills of communication wtrust leadership co-operation confidence planning organisation skills listening wsupporting others sharing idea's and experiences in a fun and enjoyable environment. At the end of each exercise a review of the groups performance takes place. This review is then used by the team to consolidate its team spirit. This activity may be delivered at your site if suitable.
